ERP system development

An ERP system connects the parts of a company that usually live in separate spreadsheets: finance, procurement, warehouse, production and HR. We build ERP solutions module by module, starting with the processes that cost you the most time and money.

What we build

  • Finance

Payments, invoices, budgets and cost control, integrated with banks and accounting software.

  • Warehouse and procurement

Stock across warehouses, supplier orders, barcode scanning and stocktaking.

  • Production

Production planning, bills of materials, material consumption and cost calculation.

  • HR and payroll

Staff records, schedules, time tracking and payroll.

What you get

  • Business process audit and an ERP roadmap
  • Module-by-module development and rollout
  • Integration with 1C, banks and existing systems
  • Role-based access and audit logs
  • Management reports
  • Documentation and staff training
  • SLA-based support

Technologies

  • Java
  • C# / .NET
  • Go
  • Laravel
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • React
  • Docker
  • REST / SOAP integrations

How a project runs

  1. Discovery

We study your business, goals and users, then agree on scope, timeline and budget in writing.

  2. Design

Structure, prototypes and visual design. You see and approve every key screen before development starts.

  3. Development

Short iterations with regular demos, so progress is visible and changes stay cheap.

  4. Testing and launch

Functional and device testing, deployment, analytics setup and handover of all accesses.

  5. Support

Monitoring, updates, fixes and new features under a support agreement.
